Biosketch and research interests
I earned a MSc in mathematics from the University of Copenhagen, 2012 and a MSc in computational biomedicine from the University of Southern Denmark, 2022. I have previously worked with single cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq in a mouse NASH model. I am currently employed as a PhD student in MadLab and work on gene regulatory networks and artificial intelligence. More specifically I aim to develop a deep learning model of the human and mouse liver with the goal of designing cell type specific synthetic enhancers.
