Biosketch and research interests
I earned my MSc in Omics double degree from University of Southern Denmark and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. I have recently handed in my PhD thesis, and is currently hired as a Postdoc at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
In my projects, I study gene regulatory circuitry governing cell fate decision making and maintenance of cellular identity, using state-of-the-art machine learning models.
