Biosketch and research interests
In June 2024, I completed my master’s degree in computational biomedicine where I created a joint clustering program for single-nucleus ATAC-seq data integration using non-negative matrix factorization.
Since then, I have worked within package 4 of the Center for Functional Genomics and Tissue Plasticity to discover liver disease trajectories and predict biopsy-based disease categories through deep neural network models, mainly variational autoencoders.
